Together, we will develop a personalized performance plan specific to your needs to help you achieve your definition of peak performance. This will be done through an intake and assessment session to give us a baseline and an idea of your strengths and areas for improvement. We will then create a personal performance plan going forward, e

Together, we will develop a personalized performance plan specific to your needs to help you achieve your definition of peak performance. This will be done through an intake and assessment session to give us a baseline and an idea of your strengths and areas for improvement. We will then create a personal performance plan going forward, entailing a strengths-based approach to use your strengths to pull up your improvements. Next, we will work on developing your mental skills!


Sessions are Located:

Virtually on Teams or 

in person at an agreed upon location

Starting your team with mental performance consulting will entail a phone call with the coach, manager, or organizer to have conversations surrounding the team's needs. The introduction call is essential in creating a plan for our work together and gaining an understanding of the team's dynamics. 


After the call, we will create a performan

Starting your team with mental performance consulting will entail a phone call with the coach, manager, or organizer to have conversations surrounding the team's needs. The introduction call is essential in creating a plan for our work together and gaining an understanding of the team's dynamics. 


After the call, we will create a performance plan for the team's specific needs and the outcomes they would like to achieve (i.e. improve confidence, have more effective communication, improve focus during games and practices, and enhance team dynamics and motivation on and off the rink/court/field, etc.


Workshops are located: 

A classroom or meeting space or, more appropriate to your teams sporting environment

A huge part of understanding you as an athlete and person is seeing you in action. Through observation, I can better understand your performances and see elements we can further discuss in our sessions or workshops.
